Microphone Access: Our app may access your device's microphone in order to enable voice chat functionality. We will obtain your explicit consent before accessing your microphone and will only use this access for the stated purpose. We will not collect or use any additional data beyond what is necessary to provide this functionality, and we will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect any data collected through your microphone.
Information you provide: We collect any information you provide to us when you use our App, such as your name, email address, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
Usage data: We collect usage data, such as which features of our App you use, how frequently you use our App, and how you interact with our App.
Device data: We may collect information about the device you are using to access our App, such as your device type, operating system, and unique device identifier.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

We use the personal data we collect from you for the following purposes:

User ID and User Profile Data: We use your User ID and profile information to enhance your user experience within our App, such as personalizing your account and displaying your profile information to other users within the App. We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your User ID and User Profile data and will only use this information for the stated purposes.
IN-APP PURCHASES
Our App includes in-app purchases, which allow users to purchase additional courses each containing 18 new levels to play. We use Oculus' in-app purchase system to process these transactions. Users who wish to make in-app purchases will be required to provide their payment information directly to Oculus, and we will not collect or store any payment information. We may receive information about the in-app purchases made by our users, such as the total amount spent on in-app purchases and the number of in-app purchases made. This information will only be used for internal purposes, such as to understand which courses are most popular and to improve our App.
Our app requires access to the device's microphone for online multiplayer functionality, specifically for voice chat between players during gameplay. Voice chat is a critical aspect of the multiplayer experience in our app, allowing players to communicate and coordinate with each other in real-time. We will obtain explicit consent from users before accessing their microphone and will only use this access for the stated purpose of enabling voice chat during gameplay. We will not collect or use any additional data beyond what is necessary to provide this functionality. We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect any data collected through the microphone, including securely transmitting and storing the data. To provide and improve our App: We use your personal data to provide and improve our App, including to troubleshoot technical issues and to personalize your experience.
